Nestled in Merrijig, this lovely house for $220 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Savour the uninterrupted views of Mount Buller and Mount Stirling as you relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Sit on the decking and listen to the sound of the Delatite River only 100 metres away while enjoying a visit from the local birdlife including King Parrots. This Fully equipped home is only a five minute drive to the MtBuller gates, and 20 mins to the top of the mountain. Our property has a carport and plenty of off street parking. We also have a fire pit in the back yard that can be for toasting those marshmallows, this is for use on days that are not Total Fire Ban. Bedroom Configuration Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed with Ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Double/Single Bunk Bed Bedroom 4 - Single Bunk Beds Each Bed is supplied with a doona, doona cover, pillow and blanket. All Linen supplied(includes Towels, and Tea Towels Cot/Bassinet available Modern 'Euro' fireplace for extra comfort on cold days Reverse Cycle Airconditioner in main living area Each bedroom has a heater 2 bathrooms - one with bath + separate shower and toilet The 2nd bathroom has shower only 2nd Toilet is in separate room Activities and Attractions The Merrijig area offers a large range of activities and attractions including: Horse Riding Mountain Bike Riding Wine Tasting Water Skiing Bush Walking Golf 4WD tracks Hot Air Balloon Rides Mansfield Zoo High Country Scenic Tours Beautiful township of Mansfield - Great Coffee shops and of course the Snow Fields of Mount Buller and Mount Stirling Also there are yearly events such as: Merrijig Rodeo - Labour Day Weekend High Country Festival and Art Exhibitions - Melb Cup Weekend Mansfield Picnic Race Meeting - Melb Cup Day (November) and many more.

Lovely clean property, beds very comfortable, fire inside and outside was a perfect way to end the day after time on the slopes. Very quick 5 minute drive to the gates to the national park. Very cosy and welcoming. Will certainly be back for future family holidays.

We loved our stay, it was perfect for two families with youngish children. It was warm, clean, cosy, and a great base for snow days. The drying room was a great addition after a day snow boarding. It was so good we have already booked for 2024 Thankyou

We loved our stay here. We weren’t sure what it would be like in summer, but the river is beautiful, with lots of nice paddling spots and areas to explore with the kids. It is a very quiet area in summer, but we liked that. The house had everything we wanted

We were all pleasantly surprised by this property. It is situated in a beautiful location close to all necessities. The property is beautiful, the bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds, the lounge and kitchen areas are well sized and provide ample room for any family to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would require whilst on holiday there, and ample heating to ensure every room is nice and cozy in colder weather. We highly recommend anyone who is looking to visit or holiday in the area to consider this property for their accommodation.

It's a lovely house, well appointed with everything that you need. Plenty of nice touches for families, such as books and DVDs for kids. Fireplace is great and makes for a relaxing stay. Some nice playgrounds in Mansfield with is a beautiful town.

Wonderful property, clean, fresh, well equipped and very conveniently located. Rhonda was a great host and communicated well. We shared it between 3 families with 4 children and there was plenty of space for all. Plenty of quality amenities including a very well equipped kitchen and a dry room. We should have paid more attention to the room layout and note that there is no WiFi. Had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

This is a great 4 bedroom house with a large living area with a view. Heating was great for winter. I've stayed here in summer and winter and rate it very highly. Communication with the owner was always first class. We even had a Kangaroo with a joey come and say Hi!

House was so clean and tidy. Bedding were all set with clean sheets. Environment around was quiet. Kitchen with all kinds of utensils and very good condition electrical appliances. Overall we enjoy the house very much.
