Very basic, but functional. Clean, parking on premises.
Linens/towels not included, it is extra. Only one bath towel for an additional charge. No hand towel, no shower mat, when you come out of the shower, you’re on the floor and the floor is wet. It’s a very dangerous predicament as you can easily slip & fall.
Charge extra upfront and include the linens / towels / shower mat. No salt/coffee/tea/cooking oil. Those are basic amenities usually included in places where there’s a kitchen.

Check in was quick and easy, lots of space in the room - booked the studio apartment. Easy parking and clean room. Convenient location with easy access into town.
No bedsheets, option to pay for cleaning after you leave, otherwise you clean it yourself. Very soft beds!

Excellent location, both for outdoor pursuits and practicalities (shopping mall 5 minutes on foot), reliable Internet, charcoal grill, good water pressure. Great views. We slept well despite motorcycle noise on some nights. Slow but reliable and cheap car charger right in the middle of the campground.
It's a very austere place, small and lacking some basic equipment - bring your own hairdryer, and if you vacation includes watching TV, also your laptop.

The place is new and simple, and provides most of what you would need, in a convenient location with parking next to your place.
You book your stay, to realize that (as posted in the description) you have to pay extra for bedding/towels, so you need to go through an extra kind of booking, you are sent a link to pay out of booking and then you have to make your bed etc. Then, you have to either pay an extra amount for cleaning, or you have to make a thorough cleaning yourself (as we did), which however makes it a bit stressful, apart from the extra work. Maybe this is how cottages operate?
