The bed was nice and comfortable.
The staff didn’t speak to me even though I was the main customer paying the stay and I had made the reservation. The staff spoke over me to my husband.
Room temperature was hot, couldn’t change it from the room.
The shower was broken so I had to keep the handle in my hand when I was washing my hair.
They charged me more than said in my confirmation. Hilton’s customer service is still trying to solve the reason, I am waiting for it.
Didn’t reply through Booking.com message system.
