Tolle Villa in „Sveti Lovrec“, wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Ruhige angenehme Lage. 3 große Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder eine gut ausgestattet Küche. Es gibt alles, Staubsauger usw , was uns als Allergiker sehr wichtig war. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Restaurant „ Bella Istria“ in Sveti direkt. Vom Haus aus 2 min Fußweg. 12 min bis Porec wo man alles besorgen kann . Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 30 min erreichbar.
Wir wünschen Andrej und seiner Familie weiterhin tolle Gäste.

Check In war pünktlich.
Villa ist in einem Baugebiet, sodass die Ruhe nicht gegeben war. Baumaschinen sind direkt an der Villa vorbei hin und her gefahren. Private Atmosphäre gab es dort nicht. Zuviele Leute können in das Grundstück einsehen. Pool wurde in den 14 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt, obwol uns das zugesagt wurde. Das Pool-Licht bekamen wir nicht an. Die Folie im Pool verabschiedet sich. Auflage der Liege ist zerissen wurde mit Klammern befestigt, wurde mit einer Decke abgedeckt sodass man das erst sah wenn man sich auf die Liege legen wollte. Sonnenschirm wurde mit Taschentuch fixiert wegen der stabilität. Die Außendusche beim aufdrehen hat man den Knopf in der Hand. Die Obere Dusche Hauptschlafzimmer geht die Kopfbrause nicht. Der Nachbar kann alles vom oberen Bad einsehen, ob man vorm Spiegel steht, auf der Toilette ist oder beim Duschen. Wäschekorb zerfällt, Hausptschlafzimmer das Fliegengitter zu knapp abgeschnitten sodass die Fliegen rein kommen. Jeden Tag ist der Herbert (Rasen-Roboter) über den Rasen gefahren, wir fragten uns warum? So schnell wächst der Rasen nicht. Gartentor konnte man nicht abschließen. Hauseingangstüre das Auf und Abschließen war eine katastrophe. Wir fahren mehr als 25 Jahre nach Kroatien, und haben immer Villen mit Pool, leider war diese Villa diesemal enttäuschend.

We loved the location, you can easily travel around the area and visit gorgeous towns and coastlines. The villa was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the outside space and pool. Andrej was good at communicating both prior to and while we were at the villa.
We think the villa would benefit from supplying pool towels and one of the aircon units was out of order all week. The view doesn't look like the pictures anymore but you are still in a good position above the other villas.
