It was the perfect family getaway

It was a clean, well looked after accomodation. The family had so much fun.

Well maintained, professional and friendly staff, spotless well equipped cabins.

A very well kept caravan park; we stayed in two adjacent cabins. They were well equipped, spotlessly clean, easy parking. Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and professional. An enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

Great value and accommodating staff

The cabins are homely and very comfortable with some currently being renovated and modernised. Actually, I booked two cabins, one single bedroom and the other a two bedroom. Also, I really appreciated the staff allowing me to have my car interior cleaned by an outside company beside my cabin.

Very clean and complete accomodation ; feels like home. Low wifi connexion.

A perfect entiere cabin with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. You have everything you need. It's a small house. Very easy to do a late check-in.

Pleasant

The cabin was clean and kitted out with everything you need and was spacious enough for an overnighter for 2 people.

I was not able to sleep as the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and with only thin blankets supplied I spent the entire night incredibly cold despite the electric blanket.

Overall we were disappointed with the weekend.

The location of the venue was ideal for us as the conference was just 2klms away. The facility was lovely and clean.

The airconditioneer did not work properly. It was set on 30deg when we arrived. But it certinally did not blow out that sort of Heat. Also the sheets on the bed were very cold tto sleep on .we just could not get warm. we do not like Electric blankets.

Close to river but pokey

Location was good for access to shops and the city centre. Only saw one staff member as the rest of the team was off sick - he was polite and helpful despite not feeling well himself.

2 bedroom chalet was pokey and difficult to move around, with a family of 4. There were not enough warm blankets, and those that were there were not very clean. There was not enough hanging space for the used bath towels.

Lovely renovated cabin

The renovated cabin was really lovely. Honeslyy didnt expect it to be so beautiful. The kids facilities were also good. Pool looked great. Would be a bonus if it was heated for use all year round or had a heated spa.

Check is was meant to be 2pm but we didn't get in until after 3pm. They said due to staff shortages which I understand. However I had to request a late check out (they only gave an hour extra) so no real compensation for the delay. The bunk beds were not made up either. Nothing in the games room was operational.

the location was great and there was lots of Easter activities on in the park for the kids we have stayed here a few times and the staff are always lovely

Felt safe and conveniently located near the swimming pool for our sporting event. lovely spot close to the river for walks or runs.

Overall good cabins in a great location

Cabin was clean and recently renovated, perfect fit for our requirement. We had two cabin side by side and they worked very well for our group.

One room the ceiling fan was broken (maintenance guy sent to check but unable to fix). Almost no toilet paper in either room (I had to get some from reception) and in one cabin previous guest had left a bowl with sausages and other substances in the microwave - not great..

Comfortable, spacious and enjoyable. Why stay in a hotel?

The cabin we stayed in was a really good size for our family of 4, was very comfortable and the location is great - we were at the front of the park and the view of the river was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and everything worked well. All in all, it was a very good place to stay

I cant think of anything bad about it.

Stove phizo didn’t work had to start by lighter ( lucky the wife still smokes) oven did not light at all, some cobwebs some mould on pillows
