The staff was phenomenal and the rooms and location were perfect
Can't even think of anything the staff went above and beyond if you're planning a trip to Bali let this be your villa

Staff are very attentive and responsive. Room was clean and tidy but in need of some cosmetic repairs. Pool was nice but a step or ladder would make it more usable and safer to get in and out of.
Location was the draw back for me being i didnt have a scooter for transport. The general area is very local and not near much for bule. Minor other details, provide universal adapters in room, provide mosquito/insect spray in room. Perhaps install bug mesh screen in bathroom opening to stop mosquito's etc but maintain the aesthetic of a tropical bathroom. Install new air-conditioners and I would place them on any wall other than where they currently are because once on the bed you feel hot, id also install ceiling fans in the bedrooms like the lounge area has.

We were so impressed with how clean and well -presented the villa was when we arrived. The pool attendant came by to service and clean the pool for us, which was lovely. They were very considerate and didn’t disturb us while we were settling in.
We travelled with our 16 month old son, and he absolutely loved the open space between the bedroom and the lounge/kitchen area. There was plenty of room for him to play and explore, which made our stay so much more enjoyable as a family.
The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again!
If I had to nitpick - the long driveway and where the reception is. Honestly, it wasn’t an issue as we always double checked before coming out of the villa onto the driveway to always check. Location was perfect.
