The location and the tiny little things which shows you how host think about guest's comfort)) like double courtain in the buthroom to preven your clothes from moisturing.
Host is very helpful and friendly.
The house itself and the part of the furniture is quite old. But everything is working.
There is no cooker and some usual staff like pots or cattle in the kitchen.

Spacious room, nice hosts, shops nearby; the location is excellent. TV with multiple channels; air-conditioning - we used it in the evening since the weather was rainy and brisk. There is a fridge and a microwave in the kitchen; dishes, glasses and cutlery available. Enough hot water available as well - there is a water heater in the bathroom.
The bed in the kitchen and the furniture there - remind you of someone who passed away - it was a bit upsetting to dine there. No cooker, water heating pot, coffee machine nor toaster.

Very good location, kitchen available, very friendly host who came to a bus station to bring us there, offered extra pillows, coffee and oil and vinegar, he did really his best, but...
This house is old and there is only one air conditioner in the sleeping room and small heater in the bathroom, no heating in the kitchen. In this season- late winter and not spring yet- it was really cold. So the price is high for those conditions. This house is good for summer vacation instead.
