Thank you Alessandro for the hospitality, the accommodation, Alessandro and the breakfast were excellent. The location was perfect for our purposes - close to Cagliari, close to beautiful beaches.

Alessandro was the best host I´ve ever met! Even he couldn´t speak English and the house is little older, he tried to make our stay unforgettable. He gave us great suggestion regarding top beaches nearby, restaurant suggestions and he prepared lovely breakfast (better then in some hotels :) Fresh hot croissants, cheese and salami platter, fruit salad! Awesome :) He is so friendly and nice person that you forgot on everything else maybe you wouldn´t like that much :D We stayed in the house by ourselves, so we didn´t mind that much that bathroom is out of the room (just on the corner). Nice private balcony with refridgerator. I definately suggest to rent a car and go to Simius beach (Spiagga di Simius or Spiagga di Porto Guinco), even it is approx 30-40min drive, it worth for it :)

bathroom was outside of the room (just 3 steps away so it was not so bad :) Maybe only if there are more guests accomodated I wouldn´t feel so comfy, but as we were there by ourselves it was fine :)

Alessandro the owner was very kind and helpful - beyond the language barriers. Pay attention to Alessandro's collection of old pictures and documents!

Alejandro help us with everything that we need, give us very usefull info. The house is in a quite area, near to the beach and the panoramic route. The breakfast is delicious!

Alessandro is an excellent host, he's english is a bit limitted but don't worry, that won't be a problem, as he's very very helpfull, he'll do everything to help you in every possible way, maps, restaurants, beaches and all the questions you can have! My girlfriend felt a bit ill because of the heat and he was worried as if it was someone from his family, he started to call some friends who had a pharmacy, explained to them what happened, told us to go to an emergency room nearby, searched the name and the address on google even thou we had internet and before we leave he made sure to ask me like 3 times to text him and tell how she was feeling, Alessandro you are the best!!! He's so charming and friendly, and very, very clean. The house was spotless you would't see anything dirty, from walls to cutlery everything was impeccable!! He cleaned the bathroom without us asking, changed our towels, the house always smelled nice, everything was perfect!! If im going back to sardinia i definitely know where i am staying! I recomend him 200% Every single peny is worth. Alessandro thank you for everything, you do because you do, it's who you are, and this is beautiful and honest!
