L'accueil tellement chaleureux qu'on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. La chambre cosy et dune propreté exemplaire. Un excellent repas du soir avec des produits du terroir cuisinés avec brio par le patron. Excellent petit déjeuner (sucré/salé à notre convenance). Magnifique piscine (eau à 29° et toit coulissant pour protéger du froid et du vent éventuels). La patronne est à nos petits soins et se coupe en quatre pour nous faire plaisir. Maison très calme située non loin de Blois.

The place was very cozy and tranquil, quiet at night, and all in all a perfect place to get away from a busy life for a few days. The owners were exceptionally friendly, it was honestly such a joy to spend some time there. The breakfast was very good and I would recommend having that every morning. But especially the dinner was where this place truly shines, it is outstanding! I felt really comfortable during my entire stay and I would be very happy to come back. Especially the cycling to Chambord and through its park was a joy.
There is nothing that I didn't like. Without a car it can be slightly trickier to get to the place and to get around, since the town is very tiny and does not have anything around (bakery, restaurant, etc.). The local train station is close by, but is only served by about 3 to 5 trains per day. I rented a bike for a few days and cycled to the chateaux around.
