La posizione è davvero eccezionale, a soli 20 metri dal mare con strada privata e una splendida vista su Tavolara. La spiaggia sotto casa è fantastica, ben servita con bar e noleggio gommoni, ed è in un punto strategico comodo per Olbia e Golfo Aranci. Il proprietario è stato super disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza: ci ha fatto trovare subito pentole extra su richiesta, ha risolto immediatamente un problema con l'acqua ed è stato un ottimo cicerone consigliandoci fantastici ristoranti nei paesini vicini.
Niente di negativo! L'ultimo tratto di strada per arrivare è leggermente sterrato, ma del tutto fattibile anche con un'auto normale come la nostra Volkswagen Polo.

Die Lage der Unterkunft zum Strand und mitten in der Natur war traumhaft. Das Meer und die relative Ruhe.
Es war bei der Buchung das andere Apartment auf den Fotos abgebildet, welches gegen Mehrpreis angeboten wurde.
- Die Küche war sehr klein und schlecht beleuchtet.
- Es war an der Zugangstür (Schiebetür) , kein Fliegengitter. daraus ergab sich, dass man am Abend nur die Klimaanlage nutzen konnte, um den Raum zu kühlen. Im Bad und im Schlafzimmer waren ein kleines Fenster, um frische Luft in das Apartment zu bekommen. Was nur bedingt ausreicht.
- Das WC und die Dusche waren sehr klein. Die Fugen der Dusche waren leider nicht sehr schön.
- die Anfahrt war abenteuerlich über einen unbefestigten Weg. ( was abenteuerlich ist)

La proximité avec la plage (1min à pied !!)et la vue magnifique. La plage est vraiment une des plus belles qu’on est vu à Olbia. Raul et Francisco ont étés géniaux, à nos petits soins. L’appart est très sympa, confortable avec une machine à laver et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Le wifi ne marchait pas pendant notre séjour mais notre hôte a fait son maximum pour qu’on arrive à l’avoir.
J’ai vu des commentaires parlant du chemin d’accès, effectivement, il n’est pas goudronné mais nous avions une petite voiture et ce n’était pas du tout un problème.
