No armchair, not even a chair in the room
Parking lot too tight while 2 of them reserved
Noisy building-at 8pm in room 1A can be heard loud discussions from ground floor apartment (the owner) After I knock on his door, the only rumours were from various objects pulled on the floor.
The view-on the balcony to the main yard and parking lot while the other window, very close buildings
