Fantastic vacation! Totally enjoyed and strongly recommend to everyone who wants to have a good time in Phuket

All hotel’s staff are very friendly,kindness. We are getting on well. Food excellent,stunning weather and beautiful views.

We booked family house near roadside . Vehicles noisy occasionally at night but we still love the cove .

Little piece of paradise

Piece of paradise on Cape Panwa! The staff were so kind and friendly, going above and beyond to help and make our stay fantastic. The bungalow was stunning, every little detail has been thought of and felt luxurious. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and sitting at the edge of the sea to have it was the cherry on top! The team organised a longboat to take us around nearby islands which was a wonderful experience and also organised our taxi to the airport. They were also very understanding about a gluten free diet and had bread and pasta in to cater for it. Look forward to going back!!

Looking to unwind this is the place

The property is right on the beach which means you can literally step out of your bungalow and head for a swim. The breakfast is great with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and help organise boat trips, taxis, motorbike hire amongst others. The bar serves great cocktails and one cannot go wrong with the 2pm - 5pm happy hour i.e. buy 1 get 1 free. The restaurant serves continental food along with Thai so that's a plus.

While the property is located right on the beach would have been great if there was a pool within the property. Guests can use the pool at the next door property but at an additional charge. Not practical to pay this charge on a daily basis.

Thank you for making us feel home away from home.

There were amazing staff members. I was welcomed with a bowl of fruit and a drink. When it was time to head to the airport, they helped us find a taxi. I’m very appreciative! The view of the beach and food at the hotel’s restaurant were amazing. I would highly recommend.

It’s a little difficult sometimes finding a taxi, but the hotel helped with that. However, it was a great area!

Very good

Had a wonderful family l beach holiday with 2 little ones. Loved the close proximity to the beach, friendly staff and small resort vibe and attentive staff. Rooms were fantastic. Super clear blue sea and nice and shallow water for toddler to play in. The sea is so good that a pool is not even necessary and only a 2 mins walk and you're in the sea.

Was quite surprised that our villa was bang in the middle of the main restaurant and bar which is quite busy through the evening with music on making it difficult to get our 2 little ones to sleep early, the whole restaurant can see inside our room unless we closed our curtains. Staff were very sympathetic and offered to move room's and other benefits. Food and drinks were great but were quite slow serving them.

We loved the property! Steps to a very quiet and private beach, great food, and plenty of activities to do.

There is a club next to the property that played music late into the night.

The Cove, great place for a family holiday.

The location was AMAZING. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of clean drinking water provided. Clean house, great cleanners every day. Complimentary kayak to use in the amazing bay. Family friendly! Toys / sandcastles for the kids to play with. Good value taxi services. Great happy hour for cocktails from 2-5pm.

The food service was not good. Lots of menu selections unavailable. Service was slow at times. Noisy air conditioning units in the rooms. Bring some ear plugs, the family house is near the road, scooters etc.. driving past at all hours. A complimentary package of Thai snacks would have been nice.

Will definitely stay there again.

The downstairs front room needs a fan. The kitchen/dining too. Some Thai food on the menu would be good too. There was nowhere where I could use my computer. But it was good value for money, very easy to get around, and the restaurant was good. The bedrooms were a great size, each with their own bathroom. Suggestion - put a mirror in the second bedroom same as in the front room.

Perfect beachfront stay!

All day breakfast was a great option! Right on the beach and it's literally beachfront, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and very big. Bed was super comfortable! Free Netflix! Great style! The ocean was calm and warm. Afternoon cocktails were perfect, 2 for 1!

It would great if they have some Thai cuisine on the menu, it was all Western on the menu. Being in Thailand we always like to have authentic Thai food.

Perfect beach front resort!

The beach front location is perfect! Super convenient. It was quiet with beautiful scenery. The rooms were very nice and very big, bed was very comfortable! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The water was calm. 3 min drive to a few local restaurants, shops and massage place. Chill Chill was our favourite massage place. Breakfast was good if you like western cuisine. All day breakfast is a great idea!

Excellent experience!

Love the idea of the All Day Breakfast so we could take our time to get breakfast. Only a few steps away to the beach from our room. The room is nice and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Very happy to stay here!

Not many options for authentic Thai food at the restaurant.

It is located right in front of the beach. Very scenic. I love the style of the room: spacious and industrial style. We ate breakfast while enjoying the view. The food is a little bit pricey, but come with very good quality and taste

Exceptional

Excellent service, great location and view. You feel at home right away the moment you enter. You are basically falling onto the quiet beach after stepping out of your room. The rooms itself are very clean and decorated with attention to detail. The staff is extraordinarily attentive and friendly. The Manager greets and meets every guest personally and knows the region and can recommend a lot of activities in the Area. I can only highly recommend it!

Fantastic beach side location and great view

Fantastic location right in the beach. The view is unbelievable. Food was great and the bar is very nice beach chilli out place. Ocean front bungalow has great view of beach from your lounge on the deck. No swimming pool however swimming beach in 10 large strides.....so close. Highly recommend if you want an island chilli out vibe.

No pool but it's not a big deal.

peaceful

the whole experience was relaxing from start to end. The Cove made my stay as easy as i wanted... food on my varander, no problem. Extra friend to stay, no problem. Where to go for a run?.. no problem ' would you like a 3k or a 5k'.. can i take beers out on that kayak and watch sunset? ... no problem ' I'll get them in an ice bucket for you'. Just wonderful.

Really it was great, the only thing I'd suggest is a foot wash for entering the room, outside space.. sand was everywhere.
