Comfortable double room with ensuite and access to communal courtyard, equipped with hairdryer, fridge and air conditioning.
Located in a quiet area of Kata with a few restaurants around and within walking distance to the busier areas.
We met the new owner, Jack, who was friendly and keen to make our stay comfortable.
Nothing, we would recommend.

Jack is a great guy who goes over and beyond for his guests! The hotel itself is in a nice location not far from the main road of kata beach.
There were some bits that needed updating and a bit more cleaning such as the sink and a ceiling tile with some water damage from rain. The shower was very minimal with water pressure and there was no hot water. I found the room to be quite dark even during the daytime, so maybe a few brightening colours in the decor might help.
