One positive aspect was the promptness of the staff. They were quick to respond whenever we needed assistance.
The overall stay was enjoyable, but a few things significantly affected the experience.
The pool should not have such limited operating hours. On a holiday, the pool is one of the main attractions, and guests should be able to enjoy it later into the evening. Nighttime by the pool is often the best part of a vacation.
Another major disappointment was the complete lack of nighttime activities. There was no entertainment, and even the kitchen was closed, leaving no food options available at night. It made the resort feel quiet and lifeless after sunset, which was a real buzzkill.
Extending the pool hours, offering late-night dining, and organizing a few evening activities would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
