A very calm and relaxing stay

Very calm and relaxing Small hotel so not a lot of people and the staff is very caring Amazing view from the main pool and restaurant They can organize very good tour of Gili islands with a specialized company for you Large choice for the breakfast and food You can do snorkeling from the beach especially in the morning and see a lot of fish and even turtle !

I guess a bit overrated

Ok rooms but choose not to stay in ground floor- you newer know who lives above you, it might be elephants that we had. Good cleaning, great taste of food but for me just a average hotel

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing in the area so expect to be at the hotel. Pictures are lying a bit- it’s a seafront but not beach front hotel - you are not able to swim in the sea there. The staff at a bit slow in serving and most off them are a bit limited in English speaking. Restaurant went out of food by end of weekend for many of the dishes on both breakfast, dinner and lunch. Hotel air con smells like a fridge.

Beautiful place, great service and you can even see turtles in the ocean while having breakfast! Besides that, they use re-usable straws and filtered water!

Beautiful villa right on the beach. Pearl restaurant overlooking the Lombok Straight and sunset behind Mount Agung in Bali. Friendly and engaging staff.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The most comfortable I ever slept in the hotel, private pool was very clean, villa perfectly furnished with everything you could possibly need and I would say even beyond. Staff took care of everything during my stay including cleaning the pool. Restaurant on site offered plenty of options including happy hour for drinks. I would gladly come back another time!

Great locations & beautiful environment. Myself & wife enjoyed every moment of our stay in Jeeva Klui. The awesome view from our room. Helpful staff right from reception( Rahmah/Hainea) pool dining area (Dini,windri & Koman) , house keeping, gardeners and not forgetting the driver(Hardi), securities and SPA. This was the best place I have ever stayed. We will definitely be coming back again. Will request our children & friends to visit these beautiful places.. To everyone, we wish you "Thank You".

A wonderful and relaxing stay - made very special by the staff.

The great attitude and attentiveness of the staff. Widia, Ilham and Idris were particularly helpful and made sure our stay was both personalized and a wonderful experience.

Restaurant desperately needs new coffee machine and grinder.

Perfect

This was the best place I have ever stayed. The hotel staff was amazing, the food was fantastic, the villas were out of this world and has for the pool area, it was paradise. My friends and family all felt the same way, the best villas ever. We will definitely be coming back again.

I wish we made the villas our last stop before Gilli T as there is no where better to relax and chill out.

Beautiful space for relaxing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful.

The staff were so friendly and always smiling. They were always ensuring that all the guests were well taken care of.

the room is spacious the location is not that far frm the town. but there were a lot of mosquito. serving for breakfast

location, spacious, value for money and secluded

no mini bar contradict with the description provided in booking.com. mosquito in the room and we would prefer to have mineral water instead. breakfast taking too long.swimming pool seems not so clean.

Wonderful hideaway resort for relaxing days on Lombok

Outstanding facilities with beautiful villas and magnificant view from the restaurant on the ocean. Rather small resort with very friendly staff. Perfect for relaxing days on Lombok.

Restaurant quality and service could be a bit more consistant - felt like varying a lot from day to day depending on the staff on duty.

Just beautiful!!

First and foremost - the staff are amazing. They were all so wonderful; lovely, attentive, excellent. We loved the warm hospitality of Chandra, Leni, Sanwan, Widia and Niah. Facilities are wonderful, the villas/pool/bar etc are stunning. Maximum 14 villas, so really intimate and romantic. The view is AMAZING. The beds are amazing. The gardens are stunning. Room service is great and easy. It’s a little paradise right on the beach (literally).

The private villa was luxurious yet you felt comfortable. The most amazing sunsets were enjoyed by the shared pool and restaurant. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Lombok.

Nice staff, Nice room and Nice vores

Food is very mediocre, breakfast is really nothing to speak of. staff at reception desk seem confused by simple requests (did not even know a basic like how to get a boat to Gili). Very long wait for drinks when with almost no guests there.

Nice coral 100m off the shoreline.

Able to snorkel in front of Resort, saw a couple of turtles too. Rooms and resort are well kept. A/C works well. Although the resort is on the waterfront the beach is accessible 100m to the north. We swam easily, just watch the swell at high tide so U don't get smashed into the sea wall.

Senggigi is needing a freshen up after the earthquake and covid, really run down. Streets are full of rubbish. I think all these hotels and resorts should do more for the local community environment, I know there was a lack of tourists to fund refurbishments, but it doesn't cost a cent to pick up rubbish.

Beautiful villa!!

The villa was amazing! very comfortable bed and big private swimming pool. Best villa we stayed! they cleaned two times a day and offered a nice breakfast. The price is really good for its value. The villa could be 5 stars!

There was a bath in our villa, but there was not enough warm water to fill it with, so the bath could not be used. Also there was a very weird smell in the shower, it smelled like sulfur. We booked a taxi with the hotel to bring us to the harbour a day before we needed it. On the day itself the taxi was not there, when we asked for another it was 280.000 instead of 200.000 (the price of the day before). We booked a Grab ourself for 158.000. I would recommended not booking a taxi with the hotel. Lastly, at the restaurant we always got our food way before we got our drinks. That was inconvenient.

The portion and taste of the foods at Pearl's should be improved. But the staffs are friendly.

Such a beautiful place. The views, the high quality rooms, the restaurant and the breakfast We got an amazing covid deal so great value for money

For some reason it took them one hour to make our omelets for breakfast in the morning. The pool guy took forever to clean the pool.
