Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Perfekte Lage. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt. Alles sauber, Unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir waren zufrieden.

Kommunikation nur auf englisch. Hätten gerne Brötchen aufgebacken, aber der vermeintliche Backofen war eine eingebaute Microwelle. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten nur vier Stühle und nicht genug große Tassen. Es gab Unmengen an Handtüchern, aber Geschirrtücher konnten wir nicht finden. Gastgeberin war auch leider nicht da zum fragen.

Massive warning over booking here

Worst experience we have ever had with accomodation. We arrived found the parking after only reading the past reviews to figure out where to go, got to the Apartment and knocked on the door someone answered said it was booked with them, and try upstairs which was strange as I knew from photos it was a garden apartment, anyway went upstairs walked in and photos didn’t match what I had booked and was a one bedroom not two and no extra bed for my son even though I had booked and communicated with the host for an extra bed, as we were a family of 5 and she agreed. There was no washing machine which really made me think, ok we are in the wrong apartment as I booked this specifically for that as, travelling from New Zealand we needed accomodation for washing being so long away especially with kids. So I messaged the host asking are we in the right apartment as this one doesn’t Match photos and no bed for my son and no washing machine and just set up for a family of 4 as I really thought there might of been some confusion and we were supposed to be in the downstairs apartment not upstairs. She didn’t answer so we rung to check are we in the right apartment, she said she has cancelled our booking, I said no I’m looking at the booking now and it’s all confirmed and we are in the apartment with the access codes she gave us days before, she kept saying no she’s cancelled it we have to leave as someone else coming in at 10.30pm and she can’t help as she’s overseas, at this point we were panicking not knowing what was going on, I said we have no where to go I have little kids. She said it’s booking.coms problem not hers and to contact them. At this point the kids were crying, we were literally begging her to sort it out, so she said she would cancel the other people coming at 10.30pm if she could, and we could stay and she would bring extra bedding over which contradicted her saying she was overseas and couldn’t help us.

Very good

Spacious, clean apartment with antique furnitures !Lovely balcony! Mrs.Milla, the owner, is very sweet and helpful! Free parking close to apartment! It was a nice choice for 1 night stay in Baden Baden during our road trip.

Shower (no curtains, water heater ) Toilet next to bedroom. From living-room to Bathroom you have to pass through bedroom. Not convinience for non family

The location is very good, everything is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. The hostess is very very hospitable and polite.

Unique apartment in a great location

- Very easy check-in which was at an earlier time than most stays. - The apartment is ...interesting. Unique taste with a very regal vibe, but overall, very comfortable stay. - Owner came and met us in the evening - she is very friendly. - Location is good as you can walk into the centre of Baden Baden within 10 minutes. - Parking lot behind the property.

- Sofabed had a mattress topper which was larger than the bed, so at times, I rolled over and off the bed. - Bathroom had lots of half used shower gel / shampoo bottles - Shower is a bit lethal; would recommend adding a shower matt, a shower door / curtain, a holder for the shower head so you can stand up comfortably + potentially a hand rail as very slipper getting in an out.

Close to the center & friendly host

it’s close to the center, host is very friendly. We enjoyed very much our stay, even though there are some inconveniences about the apartment which should be considered before booking.

the place doesn’t have its own parking place as described but just nearby public parking place, which is also fine but should have been in the description. the bathroom is in the one bedroom, so it’s ‚parents bathroom‘, the apartment is really nice for a family with the children but for two couples it can be unpleasant. the apartment is on the uphill, it can be hard to climb if you are with elder people.

If you are more than 2 avoid it

- nice and helpful host

- beds were horrible, the mattresses broken - you have to climb a lot even it seems in the center - very limited hot water - the owners live beside you and they don't like any noise - to reach the bath you have to cross through the other room

Large Apartment and Great Host!

Large beautiful apartment with access to a backyard; all the amenities you need are included; host was wonderful and very accommodating, as well as quick to answer our questions. Construction made finding the parking lot difficult for us—don’t miss the entrance like we did! You can find it on google maps, it’s just a short distance up the hill from the apartment.

Great location, very clean, but access with key box badly explained, responsiveness low, heating off

We liked the very kind cleaning lady, who finally contacted us, the cleanliness, and the location (close to city center, quiet, friendly neighbours, great view and garden).

Lack of clarity, how to access, when no one was there to receive us. No one replied the calls (anonymous answering machine right away, during the time slot indicated for arrival, but only the next day early afternoon. Impossible to figure out the key box in the dark (we did not even notice it, as there was not indication that we would have to use it, like on other occasions, when we used such apartments). The bathroom heating did not work and was quite cold at night and in the morning. The flush was broken and had to be handled with care. There were no hangers in the wardrobe.

Exceptional

Spacious 2-bedroom and a cozy living room apartment in a private house with a separate entrance. Located in the heart of Baden-Baden with all attractions within short walking distance. Took some time to find - the navigator brought us to their garage located some 50 meters down the street. A phone call could have saved us the search. The bed could be better, but overall excellent experience. Would definitely recommend.

Might be subjective: squeaky bed with so-so mattress and pillows.

Superb

very good location, nice apartment with an underground garage. The ladies at the reception are very nice and speak English, which is not so obvious among French people who feel they are the masters of this world and force their clients to learn French at all costs

We stayed there for a week and had a great time, it was very easy to get to town!

Very friendly host, she was adorable. Property was fine and at a perfect location, close to the city center. Take note that you have to walk down two steep roads to get to the city center - which is fine, but you have to walk back up, too (unless you take your car, of course).

Kitchen tools could be better - there was no spatula and the frying pan was wobbled and too small. A bowl for mixing or a salad would be nice. Also, more glasses (and not just wine glasses). Shower and toilet were dated - somewhat difficult to get a proper temperature.

Great stay

The owner upgraded the apartment to a bigger one. It is great and beautifully designed and decorated. Everything works perfectly and we loved our stay in it as it is so close to the center of Baden-Baden

bathroom should be urgently fixed: entrance door, shower door etc lighting chandelier in the dining room - too low placed! - quite an obstacle!

I will certainly try to stay here again.

Super friendly management, super clean, super comfortable bed and super quiet for a good nights sleep. Also, management requested I move to a different location which had better parking and was downtown. That was a great bonus,
