Close enough to the sites that we could easily explore at still a reasonable price

We had pleasant contact with Nicola beforehand about our arrival time. When we got there, he was already waiting for us, and there was a free parking space available next to the apartment. This was followed by a calm and smooth check-in, with a clear explanation of the apartment. And what a space! A separate kitchenette with small tables, perfect for breakfast, for example. The room itself was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast is arranged at a lovely little café just around the corner. The city center is also easy to reach on foot. All in all, a great base for exploring Matera. Thank you.
