Don't mess time to go there.

Nothing

They messed my time. Nobody at the closed gate. Then I went to another place that you advertised and although you had a prize they asked R200 more. I then went to Ecotel premier lodge 65 sunny road benoni where we slept

Staff lady was moody as if she was doing us a favour hence we paid our money And also we waited in the gate for about 20

The WiFi was good

We had to seek alternative accolodation the following moght

The lady who receivedo us just dumbed us. She was busy on her private calla and no tome for is. The linen was dirty and cockroaches were. Evident on the room.

Family with sport infected children

Precious is an awesome housekeeper and the place is kept clean, and the surrounding area is quiet.Its a home away from home.The garden is huge for the children to play.Its just an amazing place

Excellent location, quiet, beautiful gardens.

This was the first of 2 visits to the property and we were very happy with both the accommodation and breakfasts.

Comfy beds, great breakfast, lovely setting

Very good location, close to O R Thambo International Airport, East Rand Mall and local restaurants and shops. The owner Vees and Precious the housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a full English plus cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juices something for every palate. The Albatross is set in beautiful gardens with lots of birds and a pool for the guests use. Overall we could not have asked for more and will definitely return if stopping over in Benoni again.

Lovely stay

Lovely place

I liked the hospitality of the staff. We were very friendly welcomed by the receptionist Precious. We liked the room and the bedding and the breakfast was very tasteful prepared.

There was nothing that I did not like.

It's a lovely place and there is room for improvement

I love the quietness of the place and the person I spoke to over the phone was very much helpful and friendly and accomodative

The Satellite TV wasn't work and I missed out on televised news and favourite shows

Wasn't best stay

The gardens were lovely

The room was no tidy, curtains were falling off, black mould in shower, towels looked like they has been used, came away with bites on legs possibly fleas or bed bugs.

Absolutely horrible and unfair experience

Nothing.

This entire experience was completely negative from the start. After spending the first night in the family room we booked, there was a leak in the roof with water coming in over the bed. The WiFi also did not work in the room and you needed to be practicality in the main office to get a connection. After complaining about the poor room, the owner moved us to a new smaller room, which had less space and where the WiFi still did not work. The owner stated that the room would not be the same price but at checkout said that we were going to be charged the full original price and there was nothing he could do. All I requested was that we be charged the correct rate for the room we stayed in which was far smaller than the original room booked. But was still charged the full rate, despite being provided a smaller room. This is completely unfair. I've yet to have this issue resolved and cannot believe how poor the service from both the owner and booking.com is. I would strongly suggest anyone looking to stay in the area goes elsewhere as you're bound to have an incredibly frustrating experience.

great comfort, Friendly staff. Would Recommend!

this was my second visit, not in a rush this time like the previous. the B&B itself is great, comfortable beds, good pressure in the showers, the garden is nice and the whole place is very clean. the staff is friendly always, i stayed for breakfast this time and the breakfast was amazing as well.

i have no complaints, the B&B is great.

THE STAY WAS FINE LIKE I SAY MAYBE BEDDING TO BE RENEWED AND ROOMS AIRED

WE WERE THE ONLY GUEST SO BREAKFAST WAS FINE I THINK THEY SHOULD AIR THE ROOMS MORE THE BEDDING POOR ROOM CLEAN BUT SMELLING NOFF

IT WAS FINE BECAUSE WE WERE PASSING THRU OVERNIGHT

Passable

Once we were in, check in was a breeze. Place was clean, comfortable, loved the fact that there was coffee. Liked the breakfast, but couldn't eat half of it because it was pork. That is my fault, as I never specified that I don't eat pork.

There is no soundproofing, like the description states. We could hear the neighbors. Checking out was a bit of a mission, because finding the only staff member there took time. Getting into the property took a while as well, because the same single staff member, had to do everything
