Friendly and helpful owners

The accommodation was cozy and the owners very friendly and helpful. We needed some advice on how to get around best, and they helped us with information. Coffee and tea was available. The AC and WI-FI worked without issues. Totally recommend this place. Thank you!

Lovely hostess, tranquil stay

The property is tranquil and very nicely decorated. It’s in a good location, easy to get a cheap Uber or tuktuk to the city centre. Great value for money. Nuli was so lovely and kind and made sure we were looked after!

The shower wasn’t super hot but that was fine with us given how warm Colombo was!

Very welcoming owner, great for traveling on a budget.

We had a lovely stay, the host was so nice and helped us with our bags as well as offering us fresh juice. The living area was unique and funly decorated. There’s a supermarket right down the street as well as a pizza takeout. She only provides a fridge, hobs, and tea and coffee.

You can only pay for your stay in cash which might catch you off guard if you only have card but there’s an ATM less than 5 minutes away.

Family stay after arriving in Sri Lanka

We were walmly welcomed and given a refreshing juice on arrival. The room was basic but comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning. The couple running the property were always on hand for advice and assistance. We would recommend this accommodation.

It's quite a long way out from central Colombo but this is probably reflected in the cheaper price.

The best stay in Sri Lanka

Everything was perfect A cozy place, very clean, comfortable, good attention from the owner family of the villa, they are very friendly, kind and servicial. We took breakfast there and omg was delicious, home made cooking. it’s a little far from the city and attractions but I didn’t mind because we spent a nice time there. I would definitely stay again

Lovely stay at leisure villa

The owner was lovely, helpful, looked after my bag when I was away. Basic cooking facilities good. Beautiful interesting house.

Slightly further away from sightseeing areas but still in fine location for supermarkets and safe area. Was also nice to be in suburbs.

Superb

Very nice family guest house. The room was clean and rather comfortable, good option to stay for couple of days. Very tasty homemade breakfast with traditional Srilankian dishes. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Thanks for pleasant day in Colombo!

Excellent at all levels!

We couldn’t have asked more! So much attention and care was giving to us. The lounge is really lovely and comfortable. The landlord and her family gave their best, so we had the best experience!

Gorgeous, green, cosy, a little slice of paradise

This place was GORGEOUS!!!! And the owner is incredible - warm & inviting. It was so cosy & honestly the pictures don’t do this place any justice. I could honestly live there. The breakfast was delicious too!
