It was close to the beach. It was a reasonable size, dog friendly and clean.
The description of the property as “luxury” is inaccurate. The fridge was very small, lacking shelf space.
The cooker was faulty as the front, right hob came on without being turned on.
The TV was too small to be consistent with the description of the property as luxury.
The sink in the main bathroom appears to have been blocked as it drained very slowly, which may suggest that the U-bend needs cleaning.

Very spacious house in a great location . Spotlessly clean with everything you need.
The couch has probably seen better days but other than that I really liked our stay.

Very good location in a still neighbourhood in walking distance from the beach.
Host was largely responsive to our requests during our stay, although contact was only online or by phone.
Dishwasher and washing machine available for use.
Large apartment with two bathrooms.
-WiFi Internet connection was sometimes unstable.
-Toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was unusable (it was broken). This comment led the host to seize 50 Euros from our credit card, as he belatedly (10 days after our departure) claimed we have broken it. Although we explained repeatedly that the toilet seat has already been broken when we entered the house, he refused to reconsider the seizure of our deposit while continuing to blame us for a wrong doing we haven't done. Strongly recommend to take photos of the damaged items in the house when reporting about them! Otherwise, you risk to pay the damages that were done by others.
-No invoices were sent upon our repeated requests neither for the stay nor for the alleged damage to the property. Appropriate Irish authorities should carefully look into the ways this business operates to check whether they play by the rules.
