It all started with the beautiful Madame Maryana, who greeted me warmly and with a wonderful smile.

Location is right in the city center, quiet, breakfast included and it was quite OK, staff was very friendly. It was easy to find, well signaled.
There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom as soon as we entered the room, and there was a significant amount of dust on the air intake grille of the ventilation system.
We booked a Superior Triple Room, but what we received was essentially a double room with an extra bed added. There was even an electrical socket located right in the middle of the bed area, which was quite strange.
The room was extremely hot. At first, we thought the air conditioner was broken because it was hanging out of its socket, but it was actually working. However, it was missing the part that directs the airflow. The AC remote appeared to work, but in reality it was non-functional, so the only way to turn the AC off was to climb onto a chair and unplug it from the socket.
The overall appearance of the hotel gave the impression that it was in the middle of a renovation. Mattresses and pieces of furniture were being stored in the hallways.
There was also a rather concerning situation in the courtyard. Near the patio, there was an area in one corner that looked as though it had been designed for children, with children's chairs. When one of our children sat on one of the chairs, a staff member told us that children were not allowed in that area. We then learned that the board underneath the chairs was actually covering the entrance to the cellar.
Overall, the room and common areas felt poorly maintained and, in some cases, unsafe.

Close to the old town with a few restaurants nearby to enjoy a nice meal. Clean and cosy for a night stay. The breakfast and parking were a plus.
