Great location. Very large property with plenty of space and beds.
As other reviews had mentioned the house is a bit dated - slightly musty smell generally with very worn carpets. Windows could have done with a clean and maybe generally house could do with a deeper clean etc but it had been cleaned by cleaners and bedsheets and towels and bathrooms were all clean before our arrival. There was a washer and dryer which was very handy and the kitchen facilities were good. I felt it was good value for money, not a luxury stay but comfortable and spacious and fine for our 2 small children. Location was great for exploring Westport. Hosts provided us with travel cots when we requested them. You do need to bring bottled water or staying at this property as you cannot drink the tap water.

The location is amazing. Can't fault it. Very private and close to lots of beaches and things to do. The view is spectacular. The living room and bedrooms are a lot bigger than they look in the photos. There's a very cool stained glass divider between the living room and kitchen too. Quirky and comfortable house. We wished we has booked for a longer stay.
The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable.

Lots of space to play tennis out the front of the house. Nice wooded area around the house. Lovely spacious house.

Location
Directions for finding property arrived a day late, so we hadto knock on people's doors to try to find the property as we'd not even been told its name with a warning not to drink the water already late as we'd already drunk it. The key code sent by booking.com was wrong. The entrance, front door and wall windows were all absolutely filthy with cigarette butts on the floor by the door. Various items listed in the itinerary were missing, inc dvd, cd players, games, music, hairdryer and one wine glass only. Outdoor furniture mentioned was one bench . One kitchen chair was broken.
