Dream location beautiful apartment huuuuuuge balcony with amazing views

Perfect location close to everything Spacious and comfortable

Would not recommend this place.

The apt. was spacious and clean (except for the sofa). Initial breakfast items were available. Late check-out was available and free.

The entrance to the apt. building is very hard to find, In the evening it is too dark. There should be signs and lights. There were no parasols and no sun beds at the pool, only the last day of our stay. The bike and car rent is not from the apt. but from Paralimni, which is too far. There was no plug in the bathtub, jet streams were not working. After contacting image villas, we got no response. The sofa was old, dirty, and really end of life. The beds were too hard.

Pleasant

The location is good, next to the beach in the center, but at night can be very noisy (next to the building are party villas and also the nightlife noise hearing inside)

The apartment is very overused (disgusting bed), its dirty, the common areas (elevator very dirty) are dirty and the sunbeds are very overused and broken a lot. The entrance of the apartment building is disgusting, you go to it behind an industrial place of a bakery, next to the big bins.

Very poor service and unprofessional guest relations staff

The location was great for the strip and beach The apt was clean on arrival

Directions were completely wrong. There is no Zorbas on the main strip and the apts are not sign posted well at all. We drove around for over 1 hour. The entrance is behind some trash compactors and you turn left opposite Love Boat Bar. We were promised a welcome meeting at 9am on Monday. We waited until 10am and nobody came. The beds were uncomfy. There's a big crack in the glass on the balcony You need to advertise that the location is noisy There's not enough settee seating for a family The English tv streaming is terrible in the evening due to the poor wifi. The film's and programmes were constantly buffering We were enjoying the pool until the 3rd day when a family had their baby in the pool with no nappy and my children noticed human poo in the pool. I reported it numerous times but the pool wasn't cleaned. The customer service team advised they hadn't had time the 1st evening and then lied and said it had been cleaned. I took daily photos of the same poo/debris on the bottom of the pool each day.They said it had been hoovered but it hadn't. Algae was developing on the bottom of the pool as the pumps weren't ran often enough. There was a flip flop on the bottom of the pool for 2 days when they said it had been hoovered.It hadn't. Staff then decided to come to our apt with no appointment and harass my foster child claiming I had sent nasty emails etc he felt quite intimidated and uncomfortable. This was totally inappropriate. Staff sent me very inappropriate e mails claiming no other guests had problems etc. That's because they hadn't witnessed human poo in the pool like us! It was disgusting and we could not use the pool for 11 days as it wasn't cleaned properly. Staff started to blame the debris on the windy weather but it was the 1st day of wind on that particular day The apts are not secure you can open the door on 301 with a credit card!
