Absolutely faultless. I cannot wait to return to this property, I've told all my friends about it! The staff have the best customer service in Uganda! They're beyond attentive. They go above and beyond for you at every opportunity. I cannot thank them enough for creating the most life changing memories for my daughter and I in Uganda. Can I add, the lodge had the BEST food ever! Everything was so delicious. They had the best bed and shower facilities. The room was absolutely huge and the linen was heaven sent. A special shoutout to Joweria who became my emotional support person my entire trip in Uganda, she's such an accommodating, sweet employee who's more like a sister than a friend. Every single staff member there was so warm and welcoming, i genuinely would stay again just for the customer service!

My only regret, is that I didn't stay longer !
