Perfect place to stay to get easy access to multiple cenotes. Kitchen makes saving even easier. Easy to take the colectivo from anywhere in Tulum or Playa del Carmen straight to this place! The zipwire and the kayak is also so fun.
More kitchen cookware such as pots and pans is necessary. Cenotes are beautiful but additions of cement and infrastructure to these feels unnecessary.

The room was exceptional especially for the price. Having two rooms, two bathrooms, a dining room and kitchenette! The location was amazing. There was a family of monkeys above the pool and the the access to the park was outstanding! We loved this place!
It's good to note that there is no food available after 5:30 on the property. There are places nearby and some that deliver though. Overall it was amazing there.

Mosquitos outside and inside the room. Bring insect repellent for outside and inside the room.
