Very friendly staff. Quite area. Nice to have breakfast included. A lot of TV-channels available.
A bit of a smell in the bathroom. Walls and window were soundproof, but the door not and our room was in front of reception, so a bit noisy sometimes. Poor Wifi.

The breakfast is good, delicious, suitable for a light breakfast like coffee, toast, pork porridge, and fried eggs
The air conditioning is a bit loud and the WiFi signal is intermittently disconnected

We booked a big room and the price was quite reasonable for it. We got in late and the manager offered to lend us a motorbike so we could get dinner. That was above and beyond helpful.
There was no walking to town or restaurants. A motorbike or Grab ride was needed to do anything. Breakfast was not so bad.

It was an usual linked individual rooms. Modernist style staff very accommodating. Very quiet location not very walkable to anywhere. But Roi-et has now got bolt and grab
The bed was too Thai for me ( hard) however they did put a topper of sorts on.
Breakfast very Thai but they did have toast ! Unfortunately run out of tea on second day.
