Overall, Serena is great. The staff is friendly and professional, and the location is good. Apart from that, the prices are reasonable.
In the ground-floor rooms, the air quality seems to be a little poor. Not that toxic, but I sensed that it isn't as good as I expected.

I really liked the overall experience at Serena Hotel Gilgit, especially the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making the stay very relaxing.
The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made me feel truly welcomed.
I also appreciated the quality of food and the attention to detail in the services.
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations.

The beds were just average and the view was we ruined by marquees set up in the lawn
