The guests were super friendly and accommodating. It’s a family owned business but the family is super nice and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed. They even helped to make sure our travel to Machu Picchu was with no issues.
They also let us store our bags there since our time at Machu Picchu went past the checkout time. Definitely recommend.

The owners were amazing! They made the stay spectacular. The breakfast was simple, but delicious, they helped us get tickets to Machu Picchu, a guide, and transportation. They told us hikes to go on and places to see we were there. It was so lovely!
The room was spacious for Aguas Calientes, clean, and there was wonderful hot water and wifi!

The location.
Both towels and bed linen had hair from the previous guest. Also the bathroom had bad mold dots everywhere.
