This place was lovely, staff was great - super helpful, the view is amazing. I stayed in a suite with a view and private bathroom - upgrading the room was the right decision. The location was convenient for getting taxis. Able to take a boat tour and get picked up right form the dock of the property - super chic!
A lot of garbage in the surrounding neighborhood.

Location was quiet and blended into the local culture
Had electric bikes there to rent.
Had SUP and sit on top kayaks to use free
No sand beach at property. Had to go about a mile for a beach or 3 miles for an excellent beach

When you feel home away from home, you know you made the right choice.
Staying at BarrBra was honestly the best thing I could have done. This place is wonderful. It provides a calm, positive vibe where you can relax and get easily into vacation mode. The hosts, Jamie and Mike are pure joy and such lovely people. They have created something genuinely special here. Their calm, peaceful and authentic energy is what makes this BnB a truly unique place.
The breakfast they serve every day is delicious and gives you already a great start into the day. They also provide free kayaks and SUPs as well as offer a community kitchen if you are up for cooking. I stayed 4 nights and easily could have stayed many more. BarrBra is an honest recommendation for those who want to stay in a relaxing, calm environment with a lot of great people (and cute dogs).
