Everything was amazing - the location couldn’t be better, the room super comfortable and spacious, the staff so friendly and helpful.
The only things we would have liked to find was a hot water jug - anything there was a coffee machine. There was no washer or dryer but the staff sent us directions and info to a laundromat nea by

An okay place for correct price in the very center of Firenze. The staff is responsive and helpful. There is a small fridge in the room, and you can make free coffee in the common corridor.
As it is an old building in the very center, there are some drawbacks. The room smell quite musty due to its drainage. The bigger problem is that our room was very noisy, even at closed windows. There is traffic and tourist noise till late night, and also loud music from a nearby restsurant till midnight, so if you are sensitive for noise, this is not your place.
