This was easy to find, in a good area, and made a difficult trip (funeral) mush less stressful.

The property was clean, smelled brand new, and I felt so comfortable in our room. The bedding was great, also!

Insgesamt super, aber Anreise mit eigenem Auto empfohlen!

Top Ausstattung, kleines, aber feines typisch amerikanisches Frühstück, super gemütliche Betten. Außergewöhnlich sauber!

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Taxis/Uber/etc. sehr unzuverlässig in Lafayette. Trotzdessen wurde uns mehrfach versichert, dass wir pünktlich mit einem vom Hotel bestellten Taxi zum Busbahnhof gelangen würden. Wir haben uns darauf verlassen, aber kein Taxi kam (Wartezeit eine Stunde, Taxi angeblich 2 Stunden zuvor bestellt). Der Herr an der Rezeption hat zwar versucht, das Unternehmen zu erreichen, aber wurde unfreundlich und sagte, es sei nicht sein Problem, wenn wir den Bus verpassen.

I’ve stayed at better hotels.

The price was decent for the Mardi Gras festivities.

I didn’t like that my room was cleaned only once my entire three night stay, I didn’t appreciate that anytime I wanted clean towels I had to go downstairs to get them and bring my dirty ones in order to exchange them and I’ve stayed here two other times in the past and they are still serving the same breakfast.

Surprisingly better than before

Room, cleanliness, & comfort were surprisingly nice from previous stays. I use to dread staying there for business. Breakfast: sausage, bacon, waffle, bagel, OJ. Staff were nice. Never had issue with parking.

I didn’t like being charged repeatedly. It was fixed with my bank reversing it within 2-3 days. Thankfully I had extra money to cover my weekend. $150x3 is costly. Charged once in morning before check in with card I booked with. It’s like a security deposit. I checked in & paid with a business card which was charged twice. Advice: Pay with card you book with. The price of the room increased dramatically; almost double.

Breakfast

No hot water to shower when I got in room,towels had holes in them.the night desk didn't let me know about the hot water issue until I call down, saying everyone been having this issue 😑.

New. Clean. Spacious and nearly perfect La Quinta but difficult access/egress from adjacent road.

The property was new, bright, spacious, and well designed. The spacious lobby / breakfast room was very attractive and functional, The rooms were great. The desk staff was pretty good but just a bit aloof. The breakfast staff were great. We used the outside / covered pool in November. It could have been warmer.

Price was a bit on the high side. There's nothing the hotel can do about the traffic at the entry. However, guests should note that it sits at the intersection of an extremely busy narrow 4-lane road. Right turns onto this road are difficult and dangerous due to the narrow lanes, high speed of oncoming traffic and small turning radius. Left turns are IMPOSSIBLE. I mention this even though the hotel was a nearly perfect La Quinta because it was very stressful getting to and out of the property.

Customer Service has always been the number one priority by this company. This time it wasn’t

The breakfast was great.

The way that I was treated when I arrived. I was disrespected because of a misunderstanding with the people in line before me. My family and I have stayed at numerous Properties and this was the first bad experience. I had to call 911 because I felt threatened.

Easy booking, great stay, great upgrades. I’d stay there again.

The free breakfast was great. :) Loved the Dove amenities. Loved the later check out time. Loved all of the upgrades in the room. The beds were pretty comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

The view outside our window wasn’t so great. Wish there were scrambled eggs.

The location was never nice it was clean comfortable and everyone was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for what we needed. Overall a nice experience.

Very clean and neat. Everything worked as it should. Location and parking were good. We did use the pool and it was nice and was clean in and around it.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Bacon was small and there wasn't much of it. Waffles didn't exist. It was almost 7:30 before the lady started to put out the batter and stuff to make them. I lost interest while waiting for her to finish and I just had a couple muffins. Breakfast could have been WAY better.

Better accommodate travelers that have to arrive late so that they actually get what they pay for I paid full price for two rooms that weren’t what I expected and only was able to stay half the time paid for due to delay in work not the hotels fault but they could be more understanding and at least had let us use the whole facility we couldn’t even use the pool they only supply a small bar of soap that doesn’t smell pleasant and the breakfast was not very much cheap paper plates to eat on no whole milk sausage bacon and things were microwave foods no toaster bagels were old. Rooms were both singles when I asked for one single king and the other to be double beds instead we got a pull out that was to uncomfortable to even sleep on.
