Hotel was great, clean, spacious, trendy, cute perks.

Breakfast options were great. Loved that soy milk was available since my son is allergic to regular milk! Location was great. Close to multiple food options. Bathroom was spacious and had plenty of towels! The pool table in the lobby was a good attraction.

Needed more pillows.

Awesome property. I would stay here again!

Perfect location only a few miles from Ole Miss campus. Front desk staff was welcoming. The property is very nice and well maintained. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The gym was clean and well equipped. The property looks exactly like the pictures online. Overall experience was great! They also have an option to check-in and obtain your digital key through the app. I didn't utilize this because I saw the email after I checked in. Nice option though.

No complaints here.

I have mixed emotions about my stay

It was clean and was a good location

Staff was cooking breakfast and set the fire alarm off at 6 in the morning. Would have been nice to got some kind of a discount. Since having to jump out of bed sound asleep and ruining your sleep when I was off work was the staff’s mistake.

the soap smelled nice.

this seemed to be a newer hotel. the elevators sounded scary and took forever. i booked on booking.com and the reservation was completely different according to hotel staff. i booked a king room and i got two queen beds and the hotel staff refused to help. booking.com refused to get back to me within my stay period and they said 24 hours, still haven’t heard a word. the pillows deflated halfway through the night. the beds were no better than a motel 6. the decor in the room was just a slab of wood on the wall. one office chair to sit in. i reserved a room with a tub, i got a tub with a mobility chair that when moved had rust stains. there’s no fan in the bathroom. the light switches did not work. the breakfast looked like it was microwaved. the front desk number listed takes you to a customer service hotline and it took 12 minutes to reach the desk and then because i used this site they refused help. i would like a response because i choose hiltons when i travel and this has been awful. nothing about this stay was worth $110 + taxes and fees + a FIFTY DOLLAR incidental fee that was listed no where and they told us about upon check out.

Overall my stay was great as well as my associate that helped me.

I really loved the cleanliness of the room and hotel.

I traveled for work and it was during Spring Break for some kids that stayed on the same floor as me. The children ran and played up and down the hall. I would have liked a quieter floor.
