Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo senz’altro.

Il prato davanti e gli spazi comuni gradevoli e ben attrezzato, la disponibilità dell’host, la poca distanza dal mare, il prezzo contenuto.

La strada di accesso è uno sterrato un po’ dissestato e si può migliorare. La finestrella della cucina non si poteva chiudere e col vento faceva sbattere la porta. Non c’erano armadi o cassettiere e per un soggiorno lungo questo può essere uno svantaggio.

Mejor de lo esperado

La ubicación, cerca de la playa Livadhi pero suficientemente alejado como para estar tranquilo, buen acceso, el personal que nos atendió súper amable, nos invitó a un café buenísimo, la habitación es espaciosa, está decorada con estilo y muy cómoda.

Faltaban algunas cosas, como por ejemplo un estropajo. El wifi era algo inestable.

Superb

Room was larger than expected and bathroom was new and clean. Every room came with a small terrace/balcony for having a morning coffee. Also equipped for own cooking if preferred. Walking distance to the beach.

Really beautiful place with even more beautiful garden! The owner was very friendly and lovely! It exceeded my expectations!

Very good

Very friendly owner. Comfortable beds, large room and decent shower. Sign from road directing to the property was useful else we would have thought we were going down a dirt track to nowhere. Not related to the property: overall we enjoyed our stay but we were very out of season so a lot of shops and restaurants were closed and we didn't get so much of an atmosphere.

Shame there wasn't a cut through to the beach, on a map it looked closer (as the crow flies) but it was a bit of a walk around.

Very good.

The room and garden was very clean. The host was very friendly. She let in our room a watermelon as welcome for us. It was really pleasure for us.

Location was little bit far from the beach. You should take car.

We will come back again!

Very clean, spacious room, kitchen facilities in the room and in the yard. Very nice yard, very nice view! The place is not directly in front of the beach and therefore it was quiet and not noisy. Very valuable, especially for families with children! The owner of the house is very kind and welcoming!

The place was located a little far from the beach and since there was no shorter way to get to the beach, you have to walk about 12 minutes.

The villa was very beautiful, it was very peaceful, quiet, clean and the staff was very kind, the location was perfect in the middle of greens. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Green House is probably the greenest and the most beautiful in the whole neighborhood :) Very cozy vintage & boho shared yard, open-air kitchen with all-you-need kitchen facilities, very, very nice plants & trees. The apartment was also super cool with a personal kitchen & bathroom. The entire place was super quiet and nice. Many thanks to hosts and this beautiful place :) Pros: - amazing shared yard - very nice & cozy apartment - open-air kitchen with BBQ & clay oven - nice and authentic neighborhood - 7-10 min to the Livadi beach Cons - No

If you want to escape from crowded streets this is very good place.

I must say that garden in front of this property is just amazing. It is great to have nature around you and not just buildings and crowded streets. Beds are comfortable and everything was pretty clean. This property is very good value for money.

Keep in mind that host is not speaking English language and it can be difficult to ask questions or have any request. Property is located far from other objects but other guests can be very noisy at night and not let you sleep. On one night it was pretty windy and someone probably forgot to close window. It was slamming all the night and it was impossible to sleep. At the first sight this looks like a quite place to relax but depending on other guests it can be very agonizing. I don't blame property owner for this, this can happen to anyone.

Such a lovely place!

We wish we had booked a longer stay! Green House is a little fresh oasis of comfort, greenery, and hospitality in Livadh. The owner helped us settle in upon arrival and offered her excellent raki & liquor as a welcome gesture, as well as coffee in the mornings. She’s a really sweet lady - when we asked to buy a bottle of her raki she insisted that we take it for free. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The mattresses are in top condition and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. All the amenities needed for cooking etc are available in the rooms & the downstairs kitchen to the right of the garden. The veranda & garden are just wonderful. One of the things that set Green House apart for us in comparison to so many other places is that the decor of the entire place is simple but really tasteful. We’ll go back for sure!
