The property ,located in a fantastic location, was vert spacious, clean and had everything you can possibly need. Luca is a fantastic host explaining everything and letting us check out at 11 as well. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Camere Delle Rose! Luca was an attentive host and the room was perfect — comfy bed and gorgeous bathroom. Very cosy!

Luca is a wonderful gentile man who is very helpful and friendly. He even kept our baggage the whole day after we checked out. He was a phone call away for any help.
The room was so clean with hotel standard white towels and beddings. Anybody who rents this room will be delighted with the services.

We booked a room in this apartment that was a bit smaller, but had a balcony with a coffee table and chairs, that was definitely great decision. The bedroom and the bathroom are very clean. Shared kitchen is also very clean and equipped with all the necessities. Luca, the owner, is very helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations. Communication went smoothly the whole time.
The location is also really good, bus stop is just 3 minutes away, that will take you to the center in 20 minutes.
They also have a private parking inside the building, those coming with the car can book the spot in advance, very safe and reliable.
Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.
