The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and a good private bathroom. It is basic accommodation but for the budget traveller it's perfect. 15mins walk to the train station or a quick bus ride if you're not up for a walk.
The bathroom was getting a bit mouldy on the upper wall above the shower which needs a good scrub, this is due to not having a proper extraction fan so the steam builds up.

ottima la posizione,
a piedi si raggiunge il Naviglio Grande e sempre a piedi, o anche con 3 fermate di bus, si raggiunge la metropolitana Romolo.
letti comodi e biancheria pulita.
migliorerei la pulizia,
la zona cucina e anche l'area comune andrebbero curate di più. cassetti di posate e pentole, ma anche zona tazze e bicchieri, andrebbero riviste....
e magari farei una ristrutturazione del bagno.

Struttura vicino ai Navigli, abbastanza vicino alla metro per potersi spostare in città. Intima e nascosta, ottima per evitare il caos.

Teníamos baño privado y la zona está ubicada a 20min andando de una estación de metro que te comunica con todos los sitios. El personal estaba disponible por WhatsApp para poder comunicarle cualquier asunto. Las fotos muestran tal cual es la habitación .
Nos sorprendió negativamente fue el suplemento por llegar después de las 23:00 h. Se indicaba que el coste era de 20 €, pero no se especificaba claramente que se cobraba por persona, por lo que finalmente pagamos 40 € entre los dos.
Nuestro vuelo se retrasó por problemas informáticos que afectaron a Italia, algo completamente ajeno a nosotros y que hizo que llegáramos tan solo una hora más tarde de lo previsto. A pesar de ello, pagamos el suplemento sin poner ninguna objeción, tal y como se indicaba en las condiciones. Sin embargo, nos pareció excesivo cobrar esa cantidad teniendo en cuenta que la chica que nos entregó las llaves vivía en el mismo edificio, en un piso inferior, y que únicamente tuvo que subir unas escaleras para abrirnos la puerta. Es decir, se cobraron 40 € por entregarnos las llaves una hora más tarde, sin que tuviera que desplazarse ni realizar ningún trayecto adicional. Entendemos que pueda existir un suplemento por llegar fuera del horario establecido, pero consideramos que el importe fue desproporcionado y que, en cualquier caso, debería haberse especificado claramente que los 20 € eran por persona y no por reserva. La persiana no pudimos subirla porque la cuerda estaba rota. Por otro lado, indicaba que habían toallas de ducha pero realmente eran de lavabo, las cuales se usan para mano y cara, por lo que no cubrían todo el cuerpo.
