I went here with my partner to stargaze and it was wonderful at the location. Very beautiful the view from the room. Felt one with nature.

We stayed here for the True Grit weekend and basically do every year.
The staff are wonderful and very kind and its a nice place to lay your head for the night.
Don't expect newly renovated rooms, we had to move rooms because the spa didn't work. The tap was coming out of the wall, it could definitely use some upkeep. First time we tried the $40 per person buffet and there wasn't much variety. It is freezing even with the temperature control on the hottest setting. You can also hear throughout the building when anyone starts up their hot tub. Say goodbye to any internet connection, even on their own TVs.
I'm unsure if the place doesn't make a lot of money or if they just aren't investing back into the facilities.
