Hotel Excelente!!! Café da manhã sensacional!!! Restaurante com excelente cardápio!!! Quarto limpo, cama confortável, foram cuidadosos em todos os detalhes, inclusive de deixar um pequeno bolo em comemoração a estadia!!! Funcionários prestativos!!! Parabéns!!!
Senti falta de ganchos para toalhas no banheiro.

Good location close to the beach and shopping of Icarai. Clean rooms, basic but convenient breakfast included.
Desk or reception staff were not friendly or helpful/flexible. Very strict check in policy despite the hotel not been fully booked and rooms available. Previously when I stayed there was some flexibility for an early check in for a premium room.

Breakfast was adequate with three hot options kept head on a hot plate. No ability to custom order anything. (It is a buffet.)
Checkin/out was easy. Was disappointed they charged at check out for the three coffee capsules we used. It was only a few dollars; but why not just include coffee in the room rate if you are already including breakfast.

"Staff was very nice checking me in. Although the room is smaller than what I’m used to, (I had the two twin bed room) which was fine because I was alone, the room and bathroom was very clean and cozy...."
