We were here for too short a time to truly enjoy everything, but this place is quite literally a hidden gem. You stay in charming stilt houses surrounded by nature, and the host takes the time to explain more about the area and how to experience the natural surroundings.
They also gave us all the information we needed about the ferry, which really put our minds at ease. They are very kind and trustworthy people
The breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with love. The room was very clean, and the bed linen and towels were spotless.
A wonderful place to slow down, relax and enjoy nature. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
nothing really. If you are looking for a fancy swimming pool, this might not be the place for you. The pool is quite basic, but perfectly fine for a refreshing dip. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings more than make up for it.

Het uitzicht was echt geweldig, de rust is heerlijk en de natuur erg mooi. Je verblijft midden tussen de mangroves. De twee eigenaren zijn fantastisch. Zij willen er alles aan doen om jou een hele fijne tijd te laten beleven bij ze. De bungalow was brandschoon.
Het ligt wat buiten het centrum en in de buurt zijn geen restaurants op loopafstand. Wij hadden een eigen auto en dat is prima te doen. Er is verder niets wat tegengevallen is, integendeel we komen graag nog een keer terug.

This place is amazing!
Very clean, with everything you need.
I came here to relax and be with nature, I saw fireflies in the evening and the most beautiful sunsets.
It's a 7 euro grab ride from Suratani where there are lots of night markets, so you can have the best of both worlds. :)
The owners are very friendly and the breakfast is great.
I would however recommend bringing a lot of water, since the local store nearby isn't always open.

De behulpzaamheid van de eigenaars is geweldig. Elke ochtend bij het ontbijt krijg je tips en willen ze overal bij helpen. Van Roger kreeg ik elke ochtend een bloem. Ze spreken heel goed Engels en Duits.
Ze verhuren 5 huisjes. Er zijn boardwalks naar de huisjes en naar het restaurant. Je zou muggen verwachten maar ik heb ze niet gezien.
Wij hebben een scooter gehuurd om de omgeving te verkennen.
