Anna was a wonderful host who provided us with a delicious breakfast and regaled us with the history (including photos) of this wonderful palazzo that has been in her family for over 200 years!
Our only complaint was the the property is difficult to identify because the property is located on a narrow street and signage is easy to miss as the main entry is located under an arched passageway. We ended up parking a block away and walking towards the building, under the arches, which is where we finally found a sign and a doorbell next to the main entrance. The host then instructed us how to drive into the private courtyard area where we could park our rental car.

We had a lovely vacation at Palazzo Scolari. The place is in an excellent location for hikers and nature lovers. We got a large comfort room, with a nice view of the forest. The breakfast was rich and homemade. Our host Anna was wonderful, and did everything possible for us to ensure we had all we needed and make our stay perfect.
We highly recommend it!
