Location, price and customer service (very polite and supportive).
No USB points to charge mobile phone, needed to buy a French plug type. Room is very small, AC is not good. But I understand and was informed it is a 2 star hotel cat, so I would score 8, considering price and what they offer. Really worth for the price.

Clean hotel everything was clean and tidy with cleaning daily, excellent location with walking distance to tower and things like restaurants and hop in hop off busses. Friendly staff always willing to help out.

The hotel's rating is exaggerated. It is good location.
thin walls, the sound in the room is terrible. in the morning the staff yells. it is impossible to sleep. the room is old, needs renovation. No one cleans the rooms. There is no concept of cleaning the room.
