Very clean and spacious room. Chilled atmosphere
WiFi was a bit flakey in the room. Not much directly close to the property and so had to get taxis to sights

We stayed in studio 1 and there was plenty of space in it. We really liked having a kitchen and the coffee pot worked really well. Also, having two televisions in the room was a bonus! The staff was very friendly and pointed out a sloth in the tree above us and spoke perfect English. There were macaws and monkeys in the trees above us and it was really cool to see all the animals around. It was nice there weren't a bunch of kids running around and the location of the hotel is pretty good. Check in and out was a breeze too.
The water for the shower never got hot. We followed the instructions perfectly, but it didn't get even warm. I'm extremely tall and my legs were hanging over the end of the bed substantially more than at other hotels in the country. If I'm being completely honest, the road noise was a lot. There were constantly vehicles and motorcycles going up Hotel California road, which is right next to the room. The windows that face that roadway are in the bedroom and lights from the vehicles constantly lit up the room. A few curtains and some soundproofing would go a really long way.
