Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn klein, maar zo efficiënt mogelijk ingericht. Het ontbijt was prima en de gratis softdrinks en alcohol vanaf 17:00 tot 21:00 was zeer aangenaam na een regenachtige dag. Het is een goed hotel voor een nachtje of twee als stop naar mount Fuji. Vanuit het hotel kan je ook nog makkelijk naar Premium outlets van Gotemba.
Vanaf Gotemba kan je dus bus nemen voor twee trails richting mount Fuji ( Gotemba trail en de Subashiri trail).
De kamers kunnen voor sommige mensen als klein worden ervaren.

I am thoroughly impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the staff at the hotel. They were polite and professional, but what really made me impressed was how genuinely friendly and considerate they were. I would be happy to stay here again.

お部屋に携帯の充電器があり助かりました。
ウェルカムドリンクも多種あって
夕方の焼き立てパンは娘と孫がとても喜んでいました。
アルコールの無料サービスもあって驚きました。
朝食美味しかったです。
大浴場が男女入れ替え制で
入りたい時間に入れなかったことが
残念です

朝食のバリエーションはビジネスホテルにしては良いです。
部屋にあるテーブルは邪魔で、ユニットバスは狭かった。
