Schön eingerichtetes Haus, wo man sich wohlfühlen kann, netter Betreiber, gutes Wohnviertel, abends aber schon menschenleer
Fehlende Klimaanlage und Mückenschutz am Fenster, es wird sehr warm! Zum Prainha Strand ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Frühstück "sehr mager".

A very nice place to stay in Praia! We stayed here in the beginning of our Cabo Verde trip, and came back for the last two nights. The people are very friendly and helpful, location is in a quiet area a bit out of tourist area but in walking distance to a nice beach and restaurants. Our room was nice and clean and the breakfast is good :)
We could hear when people were speaking in other rooms and downstairs. For us it wasn’t a problem and the other guests were mostly quiet.

The breakfast is weak, the hosts should learn english at least on a basic level, the double bed is very uncomfy. The area is not so safe , it is not advised to leave the house after dark.
