40 km to north from Kolari, semi-detached house, made of thermo log, built in 2019. Ground floor 51 m²: Living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, washroom/WC, electric sauna. Upper floor 25 m²: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, hall with bedsofa, WC. Else: Ski maintenance room for shared use with the Äkäsmartti A -apartment, own storage, travel cot, high chair for a baby, potty, Wi-Fi Internet access. Neighboring apartment is Äkäsmartti A (14229).

Die Wohnung ist modern und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Sauna fällt etwas klein aus, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Das obere Zimmer kann mit einer Schiebetür geschlossen werden.jedoch hört man vom Wohnzimmer unten die Unterhaltung dennoch. von der Wohnung erreicht man den Supermarkt innerhalb von 25 Gehminuten.
