The location is excellent. We were able to hike to the Moorish Castle, Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, the National Palace, and into town every day for food and shopping. Bus stops to all the sights are close by as well, if you want to skip some hiking. There are no rowdy neighbors. The apartment itself has a small open kitchen with the basic amenities you'd expect, a spacious bedroom, and a fold-out sleeping couch in the living room. All in all, Nooks is a good option for budget travelers who enjoy hiking and spend most of their time outside exploring.
The bathroom is small, leaky, and not well ventilated, making moisture an issue throughout the whole apartment. Sintra itself is a high-humidity area, so some moisture is to be expected, but this went beyond that. Moving the heavy-duty dehumidifier from the bedroom to the bathroom helped in the moment, but there was already some pre-existing water damage, mold, and a general mildewy smell. Bringing our own pillowcases definitely helped us sleep better at night.
Despite the moisture issue, I'd absolutely still come back and would definitely recommend it to others looking for an active Sintra getaway.

É um local ideal para férias, adoro a Natureza e a zona de sintra, adorei a decoração nova do quarto e o silêncio do local, adorei a simpátia da anfitrião, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Não tenho nada apontar, estava tudo ao meu agrado!

La ubicación es buena si tienes unas piernas de acero para subir y bajar cuestas empinadas, si eres mayor, o tienes problemas de movilidad este no es tu lugar, es de difícil acceso. Si lo recomendara, lo haría para gente joven con mucha energía vital.
La humedad del piso es enorme, solo estuvimos dos noches y uno de nuestros relojes de mano se empañó entero por dentro, la ropa que dejamos fuera de la maleta se humedeció al grado de no poder usarla y tener que secarla, en pleno verano y ola de calor debimos poner un calefactor un par de horas, para poder deshumedecer la habitación.
