駅から徒歩で5分～10分くらい。周囲にはあまりお店がないが、駅周辺に向かえばそれほど困らない。個人的には問題ない距離なので立地的にはそれほど不便は感じなかった。部屋はアパートをホテルにした作りなので、部屋が完全に独立しており、プライベートは通常のホテルより守られる。1階にシャトレーゼがあり、ついデザートを購入してしまう。場所やシステムが分かっていればそれなりに利便性は良いと思う。
フロントがテナントのお店みたいに独立しており、9時か10時くらいでないと人が来ないので、宿泊日の朝に荷物を預かってもらおうと8時くらいに行ったが、入れなかった。その他、フロントのサービス的には期待できない。チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れる。出入りは部屋のキーで外出可能なので、宿泊中の入退出は問題ない。ホテルの看板なども目立たず、入口が建物の横にあるので分かりにくい。
