Pleasant

spacious rooms and very comfortable mattresses.

Because it was low season the restaurant was not functioning. My suggestion was to just eat out but the staff insisted that we had dinner at their place. Eventually it took over 2 hours while they kept saying that the food was almost there. It would’ve been better to just go somewhere else. The hotel is very central so there are plenty of other options to go for dinner.

Very good

The staff were friendly especially Penelope and Sharma. Great location with beach access. Booked a family room but was upgraded and given two rooms due to some faults in the original room. Nice playground for the children.

Breakfast had limited options. Restaurant has limited options. No local dishes. No entertainment within the property. Wifi in the conference block completely not working

Keep on the hospitality, but improve areas of concern

Spacious room considering the price. Good location close to the airport, thus waking up at pleasure. Caring and hospital staff

Lack of air conditioning. Shower room tiles not fitted we'll, water accumulates on the flow while shower and takes a whole to seep. Lack of mesh at the balcony when open, lake flies invade the room. The platform reading is poor, since the chair is lower than the table platform makes on uncomfortable while working on laptop

A sleeplessness uncomfortable night.

The hotel is close to the airport and on a previous occasion we had a good stay.

I booked a single executive room with aircon. The first room I was put in did not even have a fan (this is the hot season) on complaining I was given a room with a fan only and it was upstairs not on ground level as advertised. The mattress was so thin it was like lying on a plank of wood. There were no towels in the room and reception did not answer the phone. When I checked out I was still charged the full price of the executive single even though I had a much cheaper room.

Passable, but more could be done to improve based on the good location of this hotel.

The location is perfect for connecting to the airport.

No bar at this hotel to serve alcohol (for religious reasons, apparently) and even their choice of soft drinks was abysmal! Bring your own alcohol/drinks and save yourselves the shock and disappointment! There was a room with a squeaky front door each time it was opened. Finally, it beggers belief that the bathrooms in this hotel are wet-floors! This is a huge hazard to the guests and if anyone was to slip and fall on the wet floor, it would not be financially viable for the hotel with the lawsuits that would follow. This should be changed and have shower cubicles. Ensure to have your mosquito repellant and/or antimalarials at the ready if planning to stay at this hotel; since it is very close to Lake Victoria, there are lots of mosquitoes at this hotel. Otherwise, it is only a 2min drive to the airport from this hotel, especially if you have an early flight. Traffic in Uganda is horrendous!

Convenient located hotel

The hotel was in a good location for the airport and right by the beach. The rooms were large and comfortable.

The card payment machine was not working. The choice for dinner was limited, so I went to a nearby hotel (Faze 3) that offered an excellent choice. There were helicopters flying over for the first part of the night after I had gone to bed, so it was quite noisy initially.

Ideal for a one or two night stay on arrival or departure from Entebbe Airport

I have stayed at this Hotel Many times as it is only five minutes away from Entebbe Airport. The Gardens are very nice and its nice to relax here either on Arrival in Uganda or as I did prior to my my flight home to the UK. The Hotel is adjacent to the Beach where you can relax at the side of Lake Victoria.

The outside rooms or Cottages that I usually use are getting rather tired now in their fixtures and fittings but since my last visit they have installed Air-Con which is an added bonus. They do have a new block of apartments there now so maybe worth checking prices out for these.

comfortable, no-frills, perfect location

Fantastic location next to the airport (almost walking distance) and a lovely little beache (with bar) - spacious and very comfortable room - very clean - nice staff

breakfast is very basic; on the whole the restaurant is virtually non-operating

I would happily use this hotel any time I need an overnight near Entebbe.

The location is perfect for accessing Entebbe airport, and for being able to relax in the evening on the beach next to Lake Victoria. Breakfast was very nice, but when I was there, there were no other guests having breakfast, so its was prepared individually. Give plenty of notice for when you want breakfast served. Room was spacious and comfortable. A/C was working well. Screens on the windows meant you could enjoy fresh air instead of A/C.

There were several electricity outlets in the room, but only one of them functioned. The TV socket was not working (I don't use the TV but I wanted to plug my laptop in next to the table/desk). I had to sit on the bed instead to work. Credit card machine was not available so I had to pay cash, but the staff worked with me to accept payment in a mix of currencies. I'm convinced they would have given me a lift to an ATM if I needed it. Location is great for Entebbe, but you will need $20 for a private taxi into central Kampala (airport taxis will charge $30)

Great location to the Airport and the the beach.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Vashti and Sharon.

Facilities are old and needs renovation especially bathrooms.

Very poor

Near the hotel, there is a nice beach

-There are mosquitoes; - The Restaurant is not available any time. No adequate service. - The payment is made with cash which presents risks; - to get receipts is very difficult; - there is no bar inside.
