Hotel très bien par apport au prix demandé, je vous le conseil si vous avez un budget serré.

La proximité de la vielle ville, une belle grande chambre bien lumineuse avec terrasse. Le lit est faut tous les jours ainsi que les nettoyage des lieux comment sont bien entretenue.

La cuisine un peu vétuste de ce fait cela n'invite pas à déjeuner sur place mais y pleins de petits coins sympas a 5 minutesva pieds dans la vielle villle pour prendre un petit déjeuner. La douche, un seul essuie de bain, un petit en plus aurais été top.

Wonderful place in Hoi An

Great location and comfortable room. The staff is very friendly as well. We extended multiple times, so we could enjoy Hoi An even more.

Perfect location and clean

Located in a peaceful area (inside and alley) but quite close to the old town where most of the city attractions are located along with many coffee shops, restaurants, money exchange, convenience store. Homestay is clean and cosy. I really loved the rule of taking off our shoes before entering the homestay. No wonder this homestay is run by a Japanese woman. Rooms are exactly as that of the pictures. Has inhouse swimming pool. No issues in hot shower. Spacious room (we booked superior deluxe room). Easier to book side trips to Bana hills, marble mountain, my son sanctuary from the hotel. Also booked a taxi from the hotel to airport at a cheaper rate than that of ride sharing app.

There is no elevator but most of the hotels and homestay in and around the old town do not have one. Since our luggage was not heavy and we chose our room on the first floor (stairway was also wide), it was not a problem for us. After completing our check-in process, the receptionist should have given us some time to relax and help keep our luggage in our room. But she started giving recommendations on tailor shops, eateries etc. It would have been better if she did that after we settled.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff

Simple accommodation but great location and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Location is great, very near everything in the old city. The fiendly staff gave great recommendations like where’s great to eat, and what to see, and a great suggestion for a tailor that we went to.

The balcony is shared on the top floor, which is fine but not so obvious in the photos.

Good value option within walking distance of the old town

Location near the old town is great, easy walking distance and place is down a quiet side alley. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water.

Mixed cleanliness. Bathroom and bed good but some less used surfaces had lots of dust and build up from neglect. Things like top of switches, corners, etc which may sound petty but the build up was that severe you couldn’t help but notice.

Excellent stay in Hoi An old town

Very cozy and homey homestay, just at the border of Hoi An old town. The owners speak great english and it has been always easy to communicate with them, before and during our stay. They can arrange tours for you, if you wish. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We will happily come back here should we visit Hoi An again.

1 minor improvement could be to add mosquito nets or a window into the empty spaces on the walls used for ventilation, so that the rooms don't fill with mosquitos. It's no big deal, just a nice to have :)

Super Unterkunft um Hoi An zu erkunden

Sehr ruhig gelegen, bis auf Kinder die ab früh him 8 Uhr genau unter unserem Fenster spielten. Trotz der ruhigen Lage in einer Nebenstraße ist die Altstadt in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal hat uns per WhatsApp bereits im Voraus den Abholservice angeboten, dieser hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Durch Möbel auf dem Balkon konnten wir diesen auch nutzen.

Nur der Kinderlärm früh hear etwas nervig, da sie genau unter unserem Balkon gespielt haben.

Lokalizacja 3 minuty od oldtown wiec perfekcyjnie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, duży balkon, czysto w pokojach, wydajna klimatyzacja ale dodatkowo wentylator! Pomocna obsługa! Organizacja wycieczek, spersonalizowana mapka czy wynajem motoru albo pranie.

Wszystko Ok! Wewnętrzny basen w trochę dziwnym miejscu ale to nie jest minus!

Great location, very comfortable accomodation, nice and helpful staff.

The Nu Ni Homestay's location is perfect to visit the old town, very central, yet very quiet. Our room was very comfortable, clean, spacious and had a nice balcony (although it was too hot and humid sit outside). The all facility is very welcoming and clean, the staff is really nice and helpful. Overall it is a very convenient choice.

There is nothing we can complain about. We did not use the pool mainly because we did not have time. It is small, but could be refreshing after a day walking around. There is no breakfast, but we did not see that as a problem, there are many options all around in the area.

Budget friendly easy stay

Handy location, walking distance to everything and just far enough away so that it was quiet. The host was happy to organise transport and tours for us. The indoor pool was especially nice and cold and perfect for cooling off at the end of the day.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic stay here, perfect spot just outside of old town, everything in walking distance and if you want to go to the further beaches you can rent bikes. Staff so helpful and aided us in booking all trips and transport. Room clean and comfortable, best shower we have had in vietnam. Would highly recommend!

Lovely homestay, highly recommended!

The homestay is located in a small alley, which makes it very quite during the night, but it takes only 5 minutes of walking to reach the old town of Hoi An. The staff was extremely friendly, smiling and supportive. The room was perfect: big, clean and comfortable. In case you ask for it, they can clean it everyday. The pool is very nice, and extra towels are provided. In case you want to rent a motorbike or a bicycle to go around Hoi An, they will help with that. I would definitely book this homestay again, highly recommended!

amazing

We booked a normal room and asked for a window but when we arrived we were told the they gave us a free upgrade and stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony. The room was great and spacious with the biggest shower we had in Vietnam and a very nice balcony. The stuff are very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. In the homestay there is an indoor swimming pool,a bicycle rental and laundry services which both are at a very reasonable price. Originally we booked only 2 nights but ended up staying 4 night.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggesting activities that fit my style. They were also able to help me book my train tickets to my next destination. I enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the location was excellent for being able to walk around the old town. Enjoyed my stay.

Everyone at any Ni Homestay was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and the rooms are basic but spotless and exactly as described.

Good value for money

The location is quite close to the center of Hoi An. Good bed, functional air conditioning. Cleanliness ok Staff nice and helpful if you needed anything

Wi-Fi quite weak. Since the room we got was on the top floor, the heat was hellish. We had to sleep with the air conditioning on. Given that the staff ask you to take off your shoes upon entering the hotel, the floor should be clean, which was not the case every day, especially in the room (but I didn't see it as a big problem)

Great place to stay

The homestay is very comfortable and only a short walk to the old quarter. It is also reasonably close to the beach by bicycle or on a moped ride so I felt I had the best of the two locations. (As a solo traveller I wanted to be nearer the town than the beach so that at night I could get everywhere on foot.) The pool inside is also great for the midday heat.
