Cleanliness. Easy check-in.
Noise was an issue. Awakened by fireworks at 12:15 am. Limited eateries within walking distance. No morning coffee available.

We discovered this place last year. This is our go-to option when flying back to the States. It is very close to FCO. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Unless one flight of stairs is a problem, I recommend this place wholeheartedly. It helps decompress departure from Rome to stay so close to the airport.
Nothing.

Carlo was very organized and prompt. He met us at the door when we arrived and the car to the airport was there right, exactly, on time. The place was spotlessly clean. Even though we were right next to the airport it was very quiet and we slept very well. Excellent!
I didn't feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood at night, by myself but it was a quick stay near the airport. I didn't need to go shopping or out to eat, so I was good.
