Could not fault the property, it had everything we needed and more - the room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the thermal spa was stunning. We were also not expecting such good vegan options for breakfast or for evening meals!
I have no criticisms whatsoever, I can’t wait to go back!

A lovely hotel, all the staff were so friendly and nice, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The one thing I would say is there isn’t much around there to do it’s a bit out of the way of everywhere .

Breakfast is significantly improved, buffet style with a choice of customs from a menu ie Full English or Belgium Waffles etc is all included, the Hotel is amazing, took my boy and the fold out camp bed was not ideal for what was supposedly a family room, although we had the same last year. Defo not a family room.
The Bar for evening food is always good, although booking in advance is recommended. Gym and Pool and onsite paddle boarding is a great addition. Location is perfect, staff are great. Would be a nice to have a fridge in the room.
Fold out camp bed in a family room, not comfortable, although the room itself is great and the bed is very big, so lots of space in anycase. Wifi was off but this is the Lakes.
